Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes choosing a strong password and not sharing your login details with anyone. maal69 will never ask you for your password. • Account transfers between players are not permitted under any circumstances.
• maal69 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on maal69 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. No other payment methods are supported at this time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though maal69 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.

• maal69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms , the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real money balance. Wagering requirements must be met using real money bets before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on maal69 use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the platform, the game provider, or any external factor.
